    Hi all,

Anyone would know what needs to be done here:

When we incorporated the limited company we used wrong NACE code - we need to change it but can't find out how to do that.

    Thanks for any advice!

G1 / G2 - Special resolution form stating new NACE code with articles and memo to reflect and submit online through CORE should do the trick

Why. Unless you incorporated as a DAC, since the 1 June 2015 companies no longer have an objects clause. So it does not really matter what goes into that NACE code other then the person in CRO making sure it is actually a business that is capable of being carried on in the state in the place that you said it is to be carried out ie if you put down aircraft manufacture and repair it is unlikely that the activity will be carried out at your home, rather more likely an aircraft hanger.

I would not worry about it. If the company has been incorporated it is unnecessary.
