    Just moved to Waterford. Need to know where the best place to go to get my eyebrows shaped and or waxed. Need female advice here. Name and number if possible.

    My OH recommends Beautique in Red Square. Vikki Hammond and Ellen are highly recommended by her for eyebrows.

    Fiona in Spirit Spa on the Quay is excellent. Girl in Lloyds Patrick Street is very good too :)
