Why does Irish water not read their emails?

    Hi, as you don't read/reply to your emails sent to customerservice at water.ie - I will try to get your attention through public forum.

    I sent one mail on October 16th (3:32 PM) about my name being incorrect on the bill you sent me. You got both my first and last name incorrectly. I wonder how you managed to do that, as I spelled it out letter by letter on the phone when I registered with you.

    After sending you the email - nothing happened ... no calls ... no emails. Nothing.

    Sent you another reminder email on October 23rd (1:55 PM).

    11 days later still no reply or phone call from you.

    Do you want my money or do you want to sue the imaginary person for not paying the water bill ... The person you have created???

    Contact details and copies of email messages sent as PM.

    I worked in technical support myself so I know what "high volume" of queries can mean, but not answering an email in 2.5 weeks blows every SLA to pieces and alarm bells should ring long time ago in the management reports.
