We are sorting out our divorce without solicitors or any of the online companies. I have filed the Civil Bill, Affidavit of Means and Affidavit of Welfare. He has filed the Appearance, Affidavit of Means and Affidavit of Welfare.

I think I need to now apply for Judgement by Consent by way of Notice of Motion but I can't find a precedent - has anyone done this before and have something they could share?

    Thanks

Looking for precedents is not allowed here but precedent forms are set out on the courts.ie website which, while they may not be what you want, may be adapted for purpose with the appropriate drafting/redrafting.
