You just received the doors? Did you not buy the carcasses as well?

I was supposed to. I bought them from argos for €0.01 and paid €9.95 delivery as they said this was a a mistake on the Internet they cancelled the order but sent the doors with no bars to put doors together as u have to put 3 parts on top of eachother, they said they were doing it to be smart so need to find the cheapest way to make the wardrobes

So it sounds like they made a mistake, you took advantage of it and to fulfil a possible legal obligation of providing the product they offered, they have taken some of the parts out? If they were obliged to provide what they edscribed, they probably havent done so (Im not sure of the legalities) and you can get them to provide the rest.

Anyway getting back to your point, you should probably provide a picture, then someone can help.

I am I entitled to get the rest of the product? Can't post picture as the doors are still in box the came in o only opened the top of the boxes

By any chance do you have a description of what you bought....what should have been included etc catalogue number or web link?. It does seem like there are parts missing.

The order is only accepted and the contract formed (their confirmation email is not acceptance) when Argos ship the goods. Until then they're under no legal obligation to provide anything so no reason to fiddle with an order.
However once they accepted the order by shipping the goods they should have provided everything described in the order.

First of all check your order confirmation email to verify what you should have received. You entitled to get what you ordered however Argos are also entitled to cancel the order and refund you any money paid.
