I've been watching flights from Cork to Paris for the last 2 months and they're €495, yesterday morning when the sale started I priced them and they had dropped to €439, I'm no maths genius but that ain't 25% so I went back on yesterday evening and they had jumped to €465! I thought the sale was 3 days?
    Scam.

Some eu destinations/25% off this doesnt hit me as a bargain seeing as we have low cost carriers.

Indeed, I remember flying to Chicago for €300 back then.

I'm pretty sure fuel prices were higher then.

    We are being had nowadays.

We all know the sale is complete bollocks, it's better in most cases to just book when you see it for a good price rather than wait for a faux sale.
