Can't authenticate date of birth for Online Account

    Hello,

    I can't authenticate my date of birth on the Online Account page (I sent email to eservice already). When I login (I'm doing this for first time) I get to page where I've to enter my date of birth, no matter I'm entering the correct one, page keeps asking me for another. What I do wrong and how to pass that page?

    The Online Billing team will respond to you, but if you would like us to investigate here on Boards, we can do so - we would require your Electric Ireland account details: a sentence stating you are the account-holder, your account number, name, address and either date of birth or telephone number.
