Ok so say I wanted to buy a Technology product....like a TV to use in a service industry....and I needed multiple TVs....am I entitled to buy them at wholesale prices and from whom?? Thanks

No. There is no "entitlement" whatsoever.

In any case, unless you are looking at hundreds, you'll find you'll haggle a better price from a retailer as margins on electronic goods are very small and most profit comes from rebates for those who sell thousands.

Note how few (if any) indepedent electronic retailers are out there!
