    Because eir don't care.

    They bill you incorrectly then harass you endlessly by phone for payment of the incorrect bill despite you disputing the amount (repeatedly).
    (Funnily enough they seem to have trouble returning phone calls despite however strongly they may have promised them)

    They completely ignore you when you lodge official complaints and will only engage when you get ComReg on their backs.
    (And then they WILL NOT discuss any aspect of a complaint with you once you've passed it to ComReg. They also play pedantics with ComReg rulings which have to match exactly their interpretation or they will not engage).

    They're a horrible company to deal withwho treat the customer and regulators with absolute contempt - and then wonder why the brand is tarnished!!!

    I'm just waiting to see how long the "eir" brand lasts before they'll be trying to paint once again over the rotten wood that is the company underneath.
