    17 10. My old fav Clockmaker out tomorrow. 12lbs lower on AW than on turf. C and D winner has won on the AW off this mark of 73. Massive price of 33/1 with PP. 22/1 next best and a few firms as low as 16/1 which is what I priced it at. Well drawn in 2 and can get its favoured front running tactics from there.
    33/1 is twice what I priced it at so decent bet for me 3 pts win.

    16 00 Redcar. Another 33/1 shot has caught my eye. Bond Fastrac C and D winner who has won off higher marks included on the AW as recently as Feb 15 when winning off of 72. Has tumbled down the weights and a return to form could see it run well and at 33/1 willing to take a chance it may be tomorrow. 1 pt win.

    Jamie Moore took me by surprise with his post race comments today. Basically said Sire De Grugy isn't the same horse and that he's not sure if he is up to the level he once competed at.

    I would have put it down to lack of fitness and a weight pull while maintaining an open mind. The Moores have always been positive towards SDG, which makes me think Jamie is being truthful.

    Initially tried to steal a win with the front running tactic you mentioned above. Beaten on the line for 3rd. I was sure it had placed.
