Can I strongly advise you never use text speak again if you wish to qualify as an educator of any sort?

Do you hold a primary Degree already?
You could re-sit leaving cert irish, train in another country,Do a degree which has a large irish requirement, take a look at http://www.teg.ie/faqs.150.html.
You will not get in to any of the irish teacher training colleges at undergrad or postgrad level with out the irish requirement but you could do a different primary degree and do teaching as a post grad but that would be a long way around.
There is also a high written level of english required.
