anyone know how to apply to the labour court?

Long story short. Left a job, they said i didnt have to work my notice but i said in writing that i would work it out. Got my wages which was only half the amount i was owed.

It's not entirely clear to me whether this complaint concerns payment of wages or minimum notice alone.
