Reapply to CAO after dropping out

    I'm currently in 2nd year doing Philosophy in UCD and I'm dropping out before the year ends (2015). I'm planning to take a year off (2016) after I drop out to work and save up for fees. I'm just wondering if it's okay to reapply again in 2017 after a year of working.
