Any proper bar will be able make you a Manhattan, even if not listed on the menu. It's a standard classic drink.

VCC, the Liquor Rooms or Peruke & Periwig will all be able to do it. I'd also recommend The Blind Pig or Upstairs at Kinara Kitchen (Ranelagh).
