    Just looking at mk 5 golfs. There seems to be a huge choice of editions such as trend line. Comfort line GT sport etc

    How can you find out what extras are in each model?

    Baseline had all the safety bits, front electric windows, front speakers, remote central locking and that was about it.

    Comfortline had cruise control, auto lights and wipers, auto dim rear view mirror, rear electric windows, more speakers 15 inch alloys and nicer seats over the baseline.

    Sportline had leather steering wheel, colour coding, the nicer seats, rear electric windows, more speakers and 16 inch alloys over the baseline.

    Post 07 all had air con and colour coding and the sportline became the GT sport with a slightly different grill.

    Also, you can pretty much customize them any way you like so look out for nice options like front armrests, front fogs, multifunction wheels, leather.
