    Complete rewiring to 1950's 4-bed semi-d.

    Hello all,

I appreciate that there are many variables that would require inspection to find out about but I'm looking for a rough price on rewiring a 4-bed semi d.

Full rewiring, 3 double bedrooms, 1 box room, 2 reception rooms, 1 kitchen, upstairs landing, downstairs hall. Incl all plugs, lowering switches etc.

There is surface mounted wiring in several rooms so chases are required.

Modern ELCB fuse board fitted in hallway.

I know it's a bit light on necessary info but just looking for a rough guide before i start calling people out.

    Many thanks in advance

    Edit: in Dublin btw.
