    What do you need.
    Scanner/photocopier etc?
    Ability to print photos?
Ability to prints lots of stuff in black and white?

Cheap printers can get very expensive when you take ink into account. They usually have tiny ink cartridges.

Power City have a Brother black and white laser printer for €50. I had had one before and picked one up the other day. These are great if it's just for day to day printing where you don't need colour. The toner is about €25 and you get about 1,000 pages. With Inkjet you're lucky if you get 50 pages out of a cartridge sometimes. It also prints at a pretty fast rate once warmed up. The one in Power City comes with a small toner to get you started which I think does about 600 pages.

I just bought http://www.argos.ie/static/Product/partNumber/1529425.htm which is perfect for my uses. (Occasional home printing and scanning). It's wireless too. It's 44.99 in Ireland.
