    got my list about three weeks ago but no tags have arrived yet !

    rang the helpline and was told that they where allocated on 13 oct but have not received

    is this normal?

    3/4weeks is the normal wait, there fierce slow for some reason. I,m still waiting for order form, is anybody else still waiting fir it?

    Give them a ring again and ask have them been sent and who signed for them. I rang them once to give them an eating for not sending out the tags and the lady said they'd been signed for by "name" and did I know who that was. The postman had delivered them to my mum's house and she had forgot to tell me.
