Back in the day there used to be a thread about one of these every second day on AH but they both seem to have dropped off the face of the Earth. Wonder if Alison is still living her negative equity nightmare...

Amazing you should mention Myers. Im pretty sure I passed him in Dundrum Town Centre yesterday. He looked completely manic!
