Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi guys.I hope this is the right place. Please move if necessary.

I am planning on doing my CELTA course in Malta next year and will be teaching abroad immediately afterwards. I have been in contact with the course provider and have reserved a place. I wish to do a Delta in the future as I want a career in English language teaching and I do not have a Degree. I have a professional Higher Diploma in IT and also FETAC Level 5's in Child Development and ECDL. After I have built up teaching hours can I do a Delta without a Degree? I have been searching online for answers. Thank you.

Your Fetac level 5s are really just two more leaving certs. They won't count for much.

Tbh, if you want a career in the field, you're going to need a degree.

Perhaps think about adding a year to the diploma? It disentangle matter what the degree is in, once it's a degree.
