Fixing a dishwasher door hinge

Not sure if this is the place to ask, but a couple of weeks ago the door on the dishwasher started screeching and groaning when being opened and closed and appears to have snapped in the last day or two.

I had tried just oiling it up with a bit of WD40 but there must have been some sort of damage to the hinge mechanism itself. The door now hangs open and at an angle and cannot be closed.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience of replacing the door hinge and would be willing to share the details of how difficult or otherwise it would be to do?

    It's a whirlpool ADG 957 (I think).

    Cheers

Pretty sure I have the same one that's ikea branded. (rengora)
If it's the same then the door is held on with 2 little bolts on the side.

There's 2 plastic cams screwed onto the outer door that slide down 2 slots on the inner door. I'm guessing one of these has come off.

If you open the door 2/3 of the way, you'll see the bolt inside the access hole like this

Those bolts are fixed to the 2 L brackets you can see in the diagram.

If you remove these, you can slide the wooden door off the inner door.
The dishwasher will operate no bother without the outer door.
You should be able to tell if the issue is with the inner door, or with the decortive door.

    That's assuming they're the same :)
