Closing account

    Dear Irish Water,

    I would like to ask with regards to closing my account. 

    We are currently renting a property in Dublin and moving to UK. 

    Should I wait to the last day to call you or will you estimate the bill? 
    Will be enough to get the bill online and pay you online? 

    I will need to show the agency my final bill paid on their final inspection so please let me know how soon can I get the bill if let's say I call you tomorrow. Will I have my bill online on Friday at least to show them my account has been closed?

    As you're moving properties we advise that you call us on 1890 448 448, ten days before or ten days after the move. This is to ensure accurate billing and to have you account updated.
