Hi all, moving out of a rented property this weekend. Need to cancel my account and ensure any further liability from a future tenant isn't passed onto me. How do I go about doing this?

When moving properties we advise that a customer would call us on 1890 448 448, within ten days either side of the move. This is to ensure that your account is updated and you are billed accurately going forward.

    I hope this information helps.

    Thanks,
    Kim

Hi, the move is happening tomorrow. We only signed up last night to pay off our existing liability to ensure it wasn't passed onto the landlord. Thanks.

Just wanna clarify, is there no email I can forward my cancellation to? I understood this to be mandatory.

Apologies for the confusion. There is no email address to forward this information to however, we would advise contacting us on the above number and we can update your account to ensure you are no longer financially responsible for the property in question.

Our billing lines are open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 5:30pm on Saturday.

    I hope this information helps.

    Kind regards,
    Niall
