A decoy one when in a rough area, have photocopied cash in it and the thiefs will grab it and be on their merry way while you smile and continue your journey knowing you have outsmarted them while still having your full proper cash in another wallet :D

I have done this, never thought of copied cash, just had a tenner in it and some unimportant cards.

Another trick would be using it combined with a rat trap, leave it hanging out your back pocket and stroll around town drunk or acting drunk. Not sure of the mechanism but would love to see a thief caught out. The second you hear a scream leg it.

I actually did come across a wallet inspector before, pretending to be an undercover cop wanting ID for catching us drinking in public.

I knew someone would say this. Let's hope that pick pockets / thieves aren't reading his thread. Or having someone who can read, read it out loud to them.

I'm all for contingencies / backups, I'm not sure 2 wallets is enough though.

Each to their own but I can't understand why anyone wants this. There are loads of options on cheap wallets with free shipping.

I don't want/need a cheap wallet but I could happily live with the example below.

When travelling I take a wallet with the minimum of cash in it, maybe an expired credit card or two for show, and just leave the wallet with the stuff I need in Ireland at home and put the good credit card and other cash out of harms way.

I'd get one only I'd be afraid of getting ever more depressed every time I looked at my wallet and realised that there was more on the cover than there was on the inside. :(

    Do notes fully fit inside?

Wouldn't like that one now, but where can I get a nice wallet for less than 5euros free shipping?

Looking for something a bit more elegant.
