    Hi, just wondering..
I bought a phone case on Amazon (from a Marketplace seller) and it wasn't as described.

I emailed the seller, they apologised and told me to return it "free of charge" by popping it in a Royal Mail postbox, then they will refund me.
Obviously I'll be using An Post here so what's the procedure for returning an item?
    Will it cost me money?

I have emailed them again but it'll probably be tomorrow before I hear from them again and I thought someone here might know.

    Thanks in advance.

The fact that its a third market seller means there is not one answer, but if you received something that you didn't order its obviously not your fault, so you could pay for the return with Anpost and send a picture of the postage cost for refund.

Did they deliver to you or was it via parcel motel?

On your amazon there us a button next to your purchase history for refunds, when you click it you can print a prepaid postal stamp
