Car insurance for learner

    I'm 17 just got my learner license I want to get insure or know a way how and what car which company will I sure me cheapest if anyone got any tips tricks please share with me.
    My father owns bmw 2010 520d 2.0 diesel and I would be able to get insured on that but it all depends on the money how much would it be any tips how and where to get insured please let me know help and help thanks a mill 😊

    If your dad already has insurance on the car, (which I would guess is the case), he will need to ring his insurance company and ask how much it will cost to add you as a learner permit driver.

    It is unlikely he will cancel his current insurance policy mid term as that is nonsensical in itself.

    Hey, like you in 17 and started driving over summer. I started off on my mothers bmw too and it's new so I thought insurance would be high. However Aviva do this great deal if you buy 13 lessons (€499) you get 6 months free insurance on an Aviva policy. So if you father is with Aviva you can get on his car for free, if not he could cancel who he is with and go with Aviva if it doesn't cost to much to change.
