Anybody noticed a stutter in Sky 1 HD the last few days

Sky 1 HD has just been swapped for a new Irish advert version in the last few days I now see a stutter in the picture every 40 seconds or so has anybody else noticed this?

Yup. same for me in Dublin 15. Had to watch Standard Def.
