Hi all, looking for advice. I have my 2 kids set up on our Wii U with Nintendo Network IDs and parental controls set to 12 (ie, they can play anything rated up to and including 12).

They have recently got back into playing Wii Sports Resort via the Wii menu, but even though that is a 7 rated game, it is saying the game is blocked by parental controls. I have tried erasing all save data for the game, but that does nothing. I also tried to find the settings options in the Wii menu, but that appears to have gone.

Not a huge issue, but irritating that I have to input the code every time they play that game. Any advice appreciated.
