Third period: charged twice

    Hi,
    I have been charged twice on the 3th period (01/07/2015 to 30/09/2015)
    I think that I know what could have happened.
    I paid the period on the web application (clicking on "Pay Now" button).
    And then I called UPC for modifying my address, and i was charged again.
    Can you please help me? Thanks

    We can certainly look into this matter for you if you wish? To do this, we would ask that you send the following details via PM:

    Name;
    Address;
    Contact Number and;
    Confirmation that you are the account holder.
