Router upgrade? Vodafone 3mb

    Currently using an old Eircom router with Vodafone 3mb broadband. Is there any better options out there that might help me get every little kb/s out of it? :D

    Are you connecting via cable or wifi?

    If Wifi, from what distance?

    If its a 3Mb exchange, don't bother.

    If its a long line, the old gray coloured 2247s eircom supplied are the dogs proverbials.

    Yes 3mb exchange even though when you put my number in on the vodafone website it promises 24mb-100mb. Marketing scam there :o

    It is an old grey eircom router so maybe I'll stick with what I have!

    It's only wifi ever used too never a cable connection
