    Hi all,

I need to update my bluetooth as i think the version i have is 4.0 or something like that and has the memory full showing up when i connect. Does anyone in the Kildare area know anyone that can do updates for them?

    Thanks in advance

If you have a laptop with Bluetooth you can do it yourself. Download the Parrott update tool (Google it as I can't think of the address) and download the new firmware. Pair the laptop to the Parrott. Restart the laptop (I had to when I did it), re-pair the laptop and Parrott. Then run the Parrott update tool.

Also, delete other pairings from the Parrott before you start. I'd try that first before updating.

Surely you could beg/borrow/steal a Bluetooth laptop?

As for where, I wouldn't know anybody in that neck of the woods

Any decent mobile kit fitter can do it.

Check something first on the unit.

Go to settings then check memory status. You should have. 1058mb. The system sometimes gives a memory full fake info and looses the pairing.

If that's the case you need to get the wiring sorted as its a problem with the live/ignition.

I'm in Kildare too if you need.
