    I am just wondering which side of the train gives the best views from Dublin to Galway. Thanks

    Left hand side facing direction of travel.

    Nice views of the Curragh, Athlone and Galway Bay.

    I completely agree. Was on that train twice this year and I always sit on the left (Both going to Galway and also coming back from Galway to Dublin.)

    The views are indeed great to look at. :cool:
