I think I recently contracted upgradeis and am looking at getting a new 40-43" TV. I do not need 3D, 4k etc. but a built in WiFi and Netflix app is a must. My preference would be Panasonic or Sony but am opened to other makes as well.
    Thanks.

Hi Walus, many thanks for your post

There are a couple of models in Sony worth looking at:

    entry is Sony 40w705 -http://euro.richersounds.ie/p-201289-bravia-kdl40w705cbu.aspx at €529 - a 40" smart TV with refresh rate 200HZ

next Sony 43w756 - http://euro.richersounds.ie/p-201392-bravia-kdl43w756cbu.aspx at €699 - 43" smart TV with android control and refresh rate 800HZ

Both of these models include a 6 Year warranty and delivery to anywhere in Ireland

In Panasonic, the entry level that we are able to ship would be a 50" - http://euro.richersounds.ie/p-201258-viera-tx50cs520b.aspx at €729

Have a look at these and let me know if you have any other queries

    Cheers
    Brian

What about Samsung or LG - or are Sony Panasonic better?

    Hi Brian,
Thanks for replying. My choice would be the Sony 43W755 (black bezel version). Do you stock them and what would be the price including the delivery to Cork?
    Thanks,

    Hi John,

Im looking for a tv around the same size. Main use would be UPC and watching movies via HDMI so picture would be more important then internet apps etc but of course would be a bonus and a boardie price would be much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Oisin

    Hi Walus.

I know John has been flay out today.
In the mean time I've been looking into the stand. Seem to be having an issue finding the actual lenght of the stand. It will fit width ways.

I'm going to crack open one of the boxed ones that we have here and give it a measure.

Will pop my findings up ASAP.

    Hi Walus.

Cracked one open and it will fit on the DM50.
The stand on the 43W755 in 19" in length and the DM50 comes in at 21.5"

    Hope that helps a little.

Thanks Kenny. Seems like they are made for each other.
I'll get in touch with John next week to sort out the purchase.

    Hi Menuisier.

    Apologies for the delay.

If you are waiting on John on the boards price, apologies. He has been flat out over the weekend and out of the office.

I'll see if I can get the price of him and get back to you.
