Anyone else feeling sh1t today after the Bank Holiday?

Was a pretty unspectacular bank holiday too! These few days of drinking coupled with the depression weather have me withered today.

How long does it take you to fully get your head and hormones right? :D

I just have this half-depressed feeling today. Not particularly tired or anything like that. Just here sitting in work, listening to adele feeling like sh1t.

Still hungover from Saturday. Tequila seemed like a great idea at the time.

Went out on Saturday and wasn't normal again until yesterday. Was a shít night too. I'm so annoyed that I wasted half the bank holiday being hungover and it wasn't even worth it :(

i drank friday/saturday and I'm still ****ed up today. the plan always was to stop drinking for a few months/ a year after this weekend and it looks like my body is letting me know in no uncertain terms that decision should be stuck to.

it's not even that I feel sick there's just a fog in my brain that I can't get rid of. the thoughts of having to go outside and buy food later are looming menacingly too :/

Not as bad as I ought to be. Feeling positive if anything, what with it being a shorter week than usual

On the beer thurs/fri/sat/sun and an easy 6 pints or so yesterday to take the edge off.

Not feeling too bad today really, depressed the weekend is over and wrecked tired. Heading to the pub now for another few pints would be far more appealing than having to spend the afternoon in work.

How much did you manage to get through at the weekend?

Hmmm I'll try make a guess at it. Thurs night was only around 6 or 7 pints too and then a few "heavier" days in the middle.

Roughly at a guess for the entire weekend at least 30 pints and maybe 20 vodkas. Wouldn't have been my heaviest few days drinking by any means.
