    Q1. Raw Sewage - need information on how to get a problem resolved.
    If you have any water related concerns, it would be best to contact Irish Water on 1890 278 278. If it is between the hours of 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, we can send this to the relevant Water Department to investigate the matter. If it is outside these hours, we would suggest that you contact us on 1890 278 278 and we can advise you further


    I registered with Irish Water but have not received a Letter with the TIN number.
    The data transfer from Irish Water to the Department of Social Protection is ongoing, and the deadline for the Water Conservation Grant has been extended to Thursday, October 22nd.

    Q3: I need a payment receipt
    We do not provide receipt of payment to customers. Payments are visible on customers' next bills, and payment history can also be viewed by signing up to Online Account Management.

    We can certainly check your account to confirm if there are any outstanding balances owed if you wish? To do this, we would ask that you send the following details via PM:

    Your name;
    Address;
    Contact Number;
    Account Number and;
    Confirmation that you are the account holder.


    Q4: Meter in place for six months; bills still "Unmetered"
    If you are receiving unmetered bills for your metered property please sent the following details by PM and we can investigate this further:

    Address;
    Contact Number;
    Account Number and;
    Confirmation that you are the account holder.


    Q5: Can't view my bill
    You can view your bill as a PDF when you log in to your Online Account. Once you log in, there is an option to view your latest bill. Once this is selected, you can select "View as PDF" which is located to the left of the "Pay Now" option.
