Hi.. I have severe tooth pain while chewing and over-sensitivity with hot or cold drinks. I consulted a dentist in Burlington ( Dentistry at Lasalle ) and he says that I have pulpal nerve damage and it can be treated using root canal therapy. Will it completely cure pulpal nerve damage? Kindly advise.
