    The name's Bond. James Bond.
We've already written the name now.
    Damn, can it be changed?
When your coffee's ready they'll call 'Bond', sir. Next!

I can't remember which movie it's from though. From Starbucks With Love or The Man With The Golden Latte.

    Martini, dry. Shaken, not stirred.

I like OddJob in the old Sean Connery movies. I also like his counterpart in the Austin Powers movies, Random Task.

Random Task is like Oddjobs Aldi substitute.

Bond: “I was wrong about you.”
    Christmas Jones: “Yeah, how so?”
Bond: “I thought Christmas only comes once a year.”

    You haven't lived Tilly!

The old one's are hilariously sexist and implausible - a secret agent who's name is recognised in bars and hotels around the world. :)

How do you know? You've never watched one! You must be somewhat interested to click on the thread title..

Id recommend watching casino royale and quantum of solace as one film, then watch skyfall.. If still interested, watch Timothy daltons two, followed by sean Connerys. Wouldn't bother with brosnans, moores or lazenby..

Bond would be a much better spy if he didn't keep telling everyone who he was.

Not a big Bond fan but I did like Goldeneye. Thought Brosnan was very well cast

Such a stupid night to release a film for feck sake. Could they not have had the Premiere on Thursday and released it then.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

I think there is some obscure law that says a Bond film must be shown on a Bank Holiday

My favourite is not from that scene, it's the "get the fxxx down off my obstacle" one.

Or of course the "well I got a joke for you, I'm gonna tear you a new asshole" scene.

No, this way it gives them a much longer opening weekend. Then they can say it's the highest opening week of a Bond film, and get more funding for their next projects, and so on.

Remember, folks, it's only a Bank Holiday Monday here, but it's opening throughout Europe tonight. It's just a Monday everywhere else.

Max Power, that's the man who's name you'd love to touch,
    but you musn't touch!
That name sounds good in your ear, but when you say it,
    you musn't fear.
'Cause that name could be said by anyone!

Bank holiday Monday or a Monday it still does not make any difference to me anyway it,s still a silly day to release a film. Might be clever for them not for the rest of us.

Is there a particular reason you can't go to the cinema on a Monday?

Don,t like going to the cinema in the evening much prefer to go in the morning or afternoon. Spectre will just have to wait a week or two.
