    Hi,

Looking to be pointed in the right direction.

I'm looking for a spring loaded LVDT, +-10v output with the ability to measure to an accuracy of better than 0.03mm.

Are there ones available for around €100? Everything I've come across has been €250+. Most around €500.

    Are there brands you'd recommend/avoid?

    Sites you'd recommend buying from?

General advice appreciated as I'm new to electronics at this level. :)

    Thanks,

    Dan

I don't know what an LVDT is but have you looked on Farnell.com, or radionics's website

They're down as displacement transducers on Radionics' site, but they're not spring loaded, which I need.

    I'll try Farnell thanks!
