Have a sunroom built off the upstairs bedroom ..west facing so it gets most of the strong winds..It has a plastic roof which is unbearably noisy at night when it rains and the roof sheets lift slightly on windy days..
Want to put another roof on it thats quieter but i need advice on the pitch..its about 10 degrees...dont really want a flat torch-on finish...any ideas lads..???

I'd be leaning towards a warm deck fibreglass roof could be made look quiet well putting false seams in to look like a zinc/lead roof
Or else break the bank and use zinc or lead.
