Hi, I recently moved to England and finally got my hands on my P45. I'm due a substantial amount of tax back because of emergency tax in my last job. Is it possible to claim it from this side? Thanks!

You need to get a P50 form and fill it out. Send it to your local office with Parts 2 & 3 of the P45
