    Zanil and levafas diamond are the only two doses to kill rumen fluke afaik. Check the labels I'm pretty sure one of them does both mature and immature.

    This what my vet said to me recently about Rumen Fluke;

    'Stomach Fluke is overated. Young Fluke do the damage, so eggs found in dung not necessarily a problem as these layed by adults. Generally stomach fluke don’t cause every bad thrive unless severly overburdened.

    ya I go with Zanil. it does the job. they'll be scourey for a day or two after . Alot use the levafas too and say its good but its more expensive.
    One of the factorys I killl cattle in test for fluke and let you know . I killed 10 cattle in it there that I didn't dose them, 2 had fluke but it didn't seem to effect there performance but you'd rather not have it. I know I had younger cattle with it and it went through them so always dose now
