    Why doesn't Athlone get a rink during the christmas holidays? Would it not bring people into the town

    We have enough people in the town without bringing more in. Sure you can make ice in your fridge these days.

    I think it was fake ice. Not the same thing. It dulls the blades much faster

    Ya it was terrible, more like plastic tiles with water thrown on them

    218 people have looked at this. I would of told more would of comment on this thread. Where is the nearest rink that time of year Galway or Dublin
