    Done this over the weekend.
    Nice little head unit, much faster than they used to be few years back.
    Made for iPhone.

    Added a CAN bus module to the radio plug to make my life easier (Especially for the back up camera and the negative wire for video in motion).

    Yes it is sticking out, that is the way it comes out on e90 cars when fitting double din radios
    That is because the bezel is at an angle for the radio to be at an angle. If the radio was to be installed horizontally, you could not see the screen while driving. It is pretty low.

    There are many different bezels out there, looking very different.

    ahh ok that makes sense. A little annoying but I suppose bmw's always had strange looking double din brackets (the e38 one with mountains of blank space on one side is my personal pet peeve)
