whats wrong with it ?as you are most likely to get same one you have ,which i suppose is Cisco EPC3925 crapbox.

It's a Thomson TWG.....constantly rebooting this past week, like 5 times a day.....rarely ever before

seems a bit better then ep one,anyway call them up say its broken,if you want to skip all the reset,check connections etc-and ask for replacement,usually takes on day to get new delivered,have old one ready for next morning.

not so long ago had issues with mine model mentioned above,but the thing is they are so old and barely up for work,so having similar issues heating up and connection dropping couple times a day asked for newer one,but got same model as 3y before :pac:
