List of Regions, Counties and Towns/Cities

Hi, I'm building a website and looking for a list of Regions, Counties and their corresponding Cities of Ireland with their latitude and longitude in a .CVS file, if anyone has such a list or knows where to get it from I would really appreciate it. Thank you

Wow, Thank you for the swift reply and for the list.

Because I have to re-arrange the list in a specific format, I noticed that there are 23 regions in the list; would you have the same list divided into the 32 counties instead?

That would be great.
