How does a human cause internal injuries to a horse?
Surely the relative sizes would mean that a horse could easily accommodate a human penis?
Also, would a mare not kick out if she wasn't in heat?

And from searching After Hours, it seems to happen fairly often

I'm assuming that he used an object or objects to abuse the horse as the article says that he sexually assaulted the horse and then attempted to have sex with it. The poor horse
