I don't understand why we don't follow the States on Daylight Savings. They don't go back until next week and go forward 2 weeks before us in the Spring therefore they have 3 weeks more light to play around with in the evenings which would benefit the majority with mental health issues imo. We go back 8 weeks before the shortest day yet don't head forward again until 13 weeks after it. This is mismanaged. I regularly go running early mornings and in March it's bright before 7 so the no kids going to school in the dark argument doesn't wash.
