I emailed seller and they said they'd send a replacement, this didnt come either
I emailed again but no reply so left negative feedback
Now they've emailed me saying they'll refund me if I co operate and remove the negative feedback

    What next?
Can I still get a paypal refund and how?
It's now greater than 45 days
I can't see where to alert paypal, its not very clear if you've never done it before

eBay protection is 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date. If you are outside this go to PayPal. They have something like 180 days for file an Item Not Received claim.

Hi folks, the item was only worth €3,so I didnt contact paypal (yet)
The seller has contacted me today saying they will resend the item if I revise the neg feedback I gave them and that there's only 2 days remaining to do this
I am reluctant to do this what do you suggest

The message they sent went on as if Id never contacted them before,so Im wondering do they do this with a lot of their neg feedback (they are 95%+ positive) and probably not bother to resolve issues

For the sake of €3 i'd probably leave it there as a warning to others. assuming it is constructive and not just a rant written in all caps. I would always dismiss those immediately if i am looking at a sellers feedback.

I sell on eBay. My feedback very important to me. I all ways email the people on the date they should get the item. If they don't get it on the date. I just ask them to wait a day or two. If they don't have it then. I offer another one or a refund. It's sound to me that they don't really care. 8 week + the extra time. You got every rite to leave Negative up there. With Paypal you got up to 90 day's to let them know about. If it was me i would just tell them no sorry don't want to deal with ye again. I could under stand some thing getting lost in the post once. two time very unlikely.

    Thanks guys
No,the feedback is written nicely, just explaining the story
I'll leave it up there and tell that seller that I don't trust him
