Engineered floors - Volunta and avance

Anybody got any experience with the above brands? Looking at a particular floor from both for renovations at the moment. Two diferrent suppliers have recommended these over more expensive types like kahrs and hakwood. http://www.voluntaparket.eu/ http://avancefloors.com/ Just want to make sure were not buying turkeys!

Nobody used or heard of these floor manufacturers?

Did a little digging and both crowds use lithuanian/eastern european oak. Any drawbacks compared with scandanavian and american variety?
