The Sticker thats on your Bios Chip, Is that the Bios version that the chip shipped

    I need to get a new Bios chip for this Board (asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z68%20Pro3/?cat=Download&os=Win764)

    I cant post links^^^.

    The sticker that it came with says "Z68 PRO3 P1.10-15B"

    Does that mean it's version 1.10??

    Why do you need to replace it ? Did a reflash fail?

    I can't see why you can't use this ""Z68 PRO3 P1.10-15B" to get the exact same one ? Who cares what the numbers mean ?

    Just make sure if buying a replacement bios chip the version you are buying supports your CPU revision!

    Yes, this is the version that the chip shipped with. Doesn't have to be the same one, could be a newer one too.
